Meet the Professional

Grace Soto

Patient Care Coordinator

Before opening Altamonte Family Hearing with her husband, Jaysee, Grace was in the property management industry where she fortified her customer service skills by tending to community resident’s needs. She has valuable experience helping people and worked in a law firm, after she received her Paralegal Studies Certification from the University of Miami in 2013.

Grace didn’t choose the hearing field, it chose her. She has always been passionate about helping people and seeing her husband’s passion for his career in the hearing field pushed her to join him opening a family business. Now, she loves seeing the difference a hearing aid can make in patient’s lives and how excited they are to hear the small, random sounds in life.

Grace loves hanging out with her daughter, Camila. She is a Flamenco dancer and stays busy attending regular classes, special workshops, and performing. She also loves watching true crime documentaries and hosting themed parties.

She worked as the Director of Operations at Theater West End in Historic Downtown Sanford for two years and taught preschool for seven years before joining the Altamonte Family Hearing team.
Francesca chose the hearing field because she wanted to help people and be a part of their healing journey. She believes audiology chose her, and she is very grateful to Grace for envisioning her as the AFH PCC. Francesca loves getting to see patients and learning things about them and building relationships.
Francesca is a first generation Peruvian American and she speaks three languages (English, Spanish, and French). She is also a professional performer, meaning she loves to sing and dance, as well as to travel and to read.
